Do you keep any poultry?
From 1st October 2024, all keepers of birds must be registered with the APHA. Poultry species, such as chickens, turkeys, ducks, and geese, as well as more exotic species like emus and rheas must be registered. However, caged pet species like parrots and canaries do not need to be registered. This regulation applies whether you own one or more of the relevant species.
