Complaints and Standards:
We hope you never have recourse to complain about the standards of service received from Scott Veterinary Clinic Ltd. However, if after discussing your concerns at the time, you feel there is still something you wish to make a formal complaint about, please direct your comments to customerservice@scottveterinaryclinic.co.uk .
Please include the following information, to help us investigate your concerns:
- Your name, address, contact phone number and pets name
- What happened?
- When did it happen?
- Who was involved?
- What would you like the outcome to be?
Upon receipt of your email, we will
- acknowledge your complaint straight away.
- In most cases we hope to provide a full reply within 14 working days.
