After careful consideration and now with immediate effect, the wearing of masks when inside our premises is now optional.
You may continue to enter the waiting room to arrive your pet, collect medicine, pay, make appointments etc., and you will not be required to wear a mask to do this.
We will continue to ask you wait outside with your pet until you are called by a member of our team for your appointment.
You may still see some of our team have chosen to continue wearing a mask and our screens at reception will remain in place for now.
If you have a sore throat, cough, cold or respiratory symptoms but feel well enough to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you do wear a mask when entering the consulting room and for the duration of your visit inside the premises.
Our covid policy is constantly being reviewed and therefore subject to change. We reserve the right to ask that you wear a mask when inside the premises. Updates will be posted on our website and social media pages.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. It is greatly appreciated.
