Collection of Urine Samples

Urine samples: MONDAY-FRIDAY

If you have been asked to obtain a urine sample from your pet, please observe the following guidance:

• Obtain the sample in the morning and deliver it to us, wherever possible, within 3 hours.
• Take the sample to our Goldington Road hospital, no later than 5pm, ideally before lunchtime.
• Please refrigerate samples if not delivered straight away.
• We will receive samples Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
• It is vital the sample is collected into a sterile container (supplied). Please ensure you write your surname, pets name, date and time the sample was taken on the sample pot/paperwork supplied.
