October 2020 Covid update – SHARNBROOK branch: We are permitting a maximum of 2 people on site at this branch. You will be asked to wear a face covering/mask and you will be required to remain 2 metres distant from anyone else at all times. This process is under constant review and subject to change at short notice.

October 2020 Covid update – WIXAMS branch: We are permitting a maximum of 2 people on site at this branch, where it is deemed necessary and usually only for the purpose of making a payment or collecting a prescription. You will be asked to wear a face covering/mask and you will be required to remain 2 metres distant from anyone else at all times.

All routine consultations will continue to be carried out remotely (you will be asked to remain in the carpark whilst your pet is examined inside the premises).
