An open letter to our clients
With the recent CMA proposed remedy publication has come significant media coverage. We wanted to reassure you, our clients, on what is being discussed.
In general, the CMA review was welcomed by practices and our very own directors have been at the forefront of standing up for what is right – both for pet owners and businesses alike.
The good news is that at Scotts, we are already fulfilling the majority of the proposed remedies. Things such as having an up-to-date price list on our website, providing accurate estimates, discussing all treatment options, and in the saddest of times offering all cremation options with transparent prices.
We also want to reassure you that we are a fully independent practice, owned by our clinical directors – 3 of our own vets and our head nurse. Every member of our team is committed to doing what’s best for the animals in our care. And we do care deeply.
If you have any concerns then please reach out to us – we want to encourage openness, conversation, and transparency but also compassion and trust both ways.
